The works consist of a single-story, pitched roof changing pavilion, constructed within a residential area. The finished building provides six individual changing rooms, each incorporating a lobby area, changing room for 16 people, showers, toilets, and washbasin area. Other facilities include a Kitchen area, storeroom, and externally accessible toilets.
